Preparation Equals Success
At Bop Services, we offer mediation coaching before, during, and after the mediation process. Typically, a mediation coach will begin helping you before the mediation process starts.
We will identify your goals for mediation, discuss key issues, and establish your priorities. Our role is to provide coaching on how to represent yourself in mediation sessions, how to negotiate, and what to do if things don't go as planned. While it might seem intimidating, we will attend mediation sessions with you to provide support and create agreements that meet your goals and needs.
