Divorce Mediation
We help couples who own a business together, are retired and need retirement assets divided, are high-net-worth requiring extra attention, are experiencing divorce while part of the LGBTQ+ community, or are going through a more “traditional” divorce.
When business partners or founders are trying to split ownership, they’re considered going through a business divorce. Tensions can be incredibly high during this process so our job is to ensure that the parties involved are happy, or at the very least appeased, by the outcome of dividing ownership.
During mediation coaching, we’ll prepare you for what you can expect and give tips on how to communicate efficiently with your ex-spouse or ex-business partner. At this point, we can also act as military divorce coaches if one or both spouses are military.
