As an experienced business law attorney, BOP Services founder Bijal Patel-Weintraub brings a unique perspective to the divorce mediation process. She understands how destructive a divorce can be not only for a family but for a business. Bijal started BOP in 2015 to give business owners a divorce option that provided total control over the process. She works one-on-one with each mediation and coaching client, helping them create a path forward from divorce.

What We Believe

Fair & Equitable

Every divorce should lead to a fair and equitable outcome. This looks different for every couple. Divorcing parties do not want to feel like they have been taken advantage of or that they have been cheated in some way. Mediation is the best way to ensure that each party's voice is heard and interests are protected.

Total Control

Divorce should be a private matter. Only in extreme cases should the outcome be left to a court's discretion. BOP Services seeks to give clients complete and total control over the outcome of their divorce through mediation and coaching.

Client-Centered

Decisions made during a divorce can have long-lasting impacts on children and businesses. We believe divorce can be constructive, with two parents and partners deciding what is best for their children, their business, and themselves.
